We went there and the staff was amazing and was also great with my kids one of kids has autism and they were amazing with him and my verbal son!

Staff is friendly and great with kids. My daughter who is four does NOT like doctors visits. It's always been difficult to bring her to anything like this. First dentist visit went really well and the staff had a lot to do with it. Had to have some follow up work for her and they were kind and patient. Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about this office. My 6 year old ASD son was traumatized from a previous dentist and Kid Smiles has completely changed him. The staff was absolutely amazing, very patient and passionate about there work. They walked my son through every single step and fear of the dentist is gone after one visit. I highly recommend them for any child especially those with special needs. Tyler and I thank you so much for everything.

This is the second time I had an issue with this office. The first time I brought my 12 year old for a "crowding" issue, they said they would call me in the room when the doctor came in. They never did. Instead, the Dr. went over a plan of care with a 12 year old who should not be held responsible to speak for herself in regards to dental work. This time , I took my 8 year old daughter in for a discomfort issue. We waited 45 minutes in the car and when we got into the room, a doctor that we had never seen before came in but never even introduced herself as the doctor. She then stated that my daughter needed an additional cleaning after only 3 months and if I didn't want to pay for it out of pocket there was nothing she could do. I was embarassed to say the least and it was all handled very unprofessionally. And not 1 apology came out of anyones mouth. The Dr. actually went on to argue with me in the room in front of my daughter and other patients who overheard the whole thing. Turns out there was actually something they could do after we had already left the office embarrassed and upset. At this point I don't think we will be going back there again.
