When I said I didn’t understand what he was saying his response was “ I’ve said it three times but you’re not getting it are you?” Then he said he didn’t have any more time for me today after I’d waited almost an hour. He kept misunderstanding what I was saying and jumping to conclusions. I felt like he made up his mind and wasn’t going to listen, very defensive of all his statements. Really a big waste of time and I’d like my $50 co-pay back.

Absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner. Saved my daughters hearing and was exceptional at explaining all areas of her issue and what to expect before and after surgery. From the initial visit to surgery and post appt. All within a 10 day period. 45 years later and she is doing great. All thanks to a wonderful surgeon, physician. Many thanks

Dr. Bernstein is a wonderful doctor. I had problems with my ear for a few years and after seeing doctor after doctor, he finally did something about it! He actually listened to me and figured out the problem immediately. The staff is amazing. Best place to go if you want to actually be treated like a human and not just another appointment on the list for the day.
