Mildly polite. I scheduled a week ahead to get an oil change and tire rotation. I came in a little early to make sure I was there and checked in before my appointment. I don't know what happened there, there's a different manager from when i left my original review. I was informed that my brand new tires with less than 4,000 miles on them were halfway worn down. I asked for an estimated cost replacing them with the same brand and tread pattern and was told most people don't like those, and was never given a price. I asked about the average cost of brakes and was quoted a price of $800 or so per axle. My dad was a mechanic, I grew up helping him in the garage. I've sold cars, done work on my own vehicles.

Dropped SUV off Friday late afternoon for oil change and inspection. Part was broken during the oil change Saturday morning. Told the car would be ready at 1P then 5P Saturday then 1P Sunday then 8:30 Monday. Car was not ready until noon on Monday.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. They do a great job getting you in and out as quickly as possible. I have been going there for years and always have no problem.

Told them competition scheduled apt with me, drove 40 miles And didn't have filter. They said no problem would order it and scheduled appointment again another 40 miles and no oil filter. I was at hospital with my dad the previous day so phone was off. Man called at 11:23am less than 24 hours before appointment to find out engine size. Do you think in their business they would ask those questions before scheduling appointments? He called around and his suppliers didn't carry them. Do not understand the incompetence. They could have called again this morning as my appointment wasn't until 10:00am. Maybe I am being petty... but all they needed was to ask engine size.
