I recently purchased a smart watch from this location after visiting several other locations in the weeks prior. From the moment I first walked in, Katrina Morris & Alisha Humphrey were both extremely professional! Alisha basically setup my watch in its entirety while I shopped in other stores!! She gave me a time that my device would be ready, I returned to the store in that time and sure enough, it was 100% ready to wear. Furthermore, she gave her contact number at the store just in case I needed additional help!
Both Alisha & Katrina's help, patience and professionalism will keep me coming back to this specific location! And since then, I've recommended several friends.
If you're looking to by anything from Fossil, I HIGHLY recommend you pay a visit to this location and ask for either Alisha or Katrina!
