Wright Risk Management Company Inc

I call Wright risk this morning telling them that my check was late . I received a phone call back and they explained to me that for some reason it was sent out late she apologized for this. That the Check was mailed out and the 2nd check was being mailed this morning. I never had a problem with my case officer she’s ALWAYS friendly and understanding.

My van is being held hostage by the collision center because I don't have a check from Wright Risk Management (the guy who hit me, his insurance company). I have called many different numbers and sent e-mails and have only gotten calls back from people who don't work in claims. They said they would try to help, but it looks like I will be stuck with the rental car for the entire weekend. Because of no one returning my calls, I will have to continue driving a rental car that doesn't even hold my entire family. If it were my choice, I would NEVER pick this company to work with. Unfortunately, since it's the other guy's insurance, I have no choice. Hopefully I will be able to get my van back soon. As of now, it's looking like an extra 4 nights of unnecessary time in the rental car. I am highly disappointed!
