I have seen Dr. Barzadei twice for a diagnosis and treatment for a sudden onset of visual changes related to my retina. On both occasions Dr. B was professional, courteous, and I felt that she was/is extremely competent. Her office staff were also friendly and re-assuring. On my first visit I waited a long time to see her…about 3 hours… But as she now has a new office manager, I was seen on time for my follow-up visit.

I took my 80 year old mother here because she lost sight in her right eye. Dr. Barzideh placed drops and had her waiting over an hour to be seen. When we questioned the aide, Barzideh loudly said “ If they are not happy, they can get out of my office!” My mother needed surgery to repair her retina detachment. After waiting for 2 hours, Barzideh explained the process and recovery. It was antiquated. We asked for a second opinion, she got offended and discharged my mother from her office!! Do not go here!!!

My first visit last year was a great experience and here I am again for annual check up and it's worth waiting for your turn to come because when you have to , it means she's a very thorough doctor and is overwhelmed with patients because of Quality of care. 💯 I see some people are never happy with their reviews no matter how hard these offices staff and doctors do keep everyone satisfied. Oh well 🤷‍♂️ September 17th 2021 .🇺🇲
