He conducted the entire process in a very professional manner. We felt that he was very thorough in his analysis and honest in his explanations. He took the time to make sure we understood everything he was pointing out. We received our detailed summary report the next day.

This is my third home purchase and home inspection and the prior inspectors I have used werent available as we needed to do an inspection on short notice. On my realtors recommendation, we contacted Tom from Top Notch and were so impressed with how quickly he responded to squeeze us in to make a same-day appointment when speed was if the essence. He took his time inspecting all aspects of the house and turned around a really comprehensive high quality report with tons of detail and photos in less than 24 hours - he didnt compromise on thoroughness despite how fast he completed the report. He is also just a super friendly guy and took the time to explain everything in layperson terms so we could easily understand. He went above and beyond answering a couple of follow up questions when I needed them for contract negotiations. Highly recommend Too Notch!!
