I used this company in the Fall of 2019 to remove a large tree from my property . Other than them being almost an hour late, things went smooth and I was satisfied with the performance and price. I had an appointment for an estimate at a relatives house to trim some trees on Saturday 9/12/20 between 11am and 1 pm. 1pm came and nobody called or showed up. I called the office at 1:10 to see what happened. The woman who answered the phone said she would call Ricardo and put me on hold. When she got back on the line she said Ricardo was going to call me and she apologized for the inconvenience. Ricardo never called me which didnt surprise me. Business must be good if you can show this level of unprofessionalism to a return customer. Service: Tree removal
