I contacted them after several estimates from different vendors. Carlos came and explained to my husband exactly what he will be doing to the flat roof and the material he will be using. He was able to gather his crews come on Saturday one day after we signed the contract. While the crews were working on the roof, Carlos was there to supervise and explained to us what they were doing. He then sent us pictures of updates and each progress they made when we stepped out of the house. The crews cleaned up well after the work was done and Carlos showed us the brand new roof and siding and explained again to us where they found the leak and what they did to replace the roof. My husband and I are very happy about their service and thorough explanation. We plan to use them again for more siding work in the near future. Thanks Carlos and your team.

Installation Service took off our old roof a few years ago and put a new one on at my mothers property. They were doing the neighbor's roof that's when i called them to give me their opinion of my moms roof and a price to fix it. We really only wanted a repair. The price quoted was high and we didn't want a whole new roof but we gave them the job because we needed the work done against our better judgment. I told them to watch out for the bush in front but they dropped the debris onto the bush and damaged it. They also dented her front gutter with their ladder used to get onto the roof. One of the workers urinated on our neighbors roof when I got up there to watch them work. It's only been a couple years but the roof doesn't look right so we had some other companies come and give us a quote for the roof. They recommended another layer reroofing and all were giving us a 10 year warranty. Installation Service gave us a 5 year warranty on a whole new roof and it's expiring. We're talking to our family lawyer about our options. Stay clear of these guys.
