The first 15 minutes of me waiting in the main lobby there was no one working the desk at all. I didn’t see a single person for those 15 minutes. Luckily I seen someone walk out of a room down the hall way so I went and asked them for help really quick. If I hadn’t of seen that person though I would of just been sitting there wasting my time all morning. After she helped me I’m sure that no one still went to the front to help patients.

If you expect for someone to pick up when you want to make , change or reschedule a appointment goodluck , literally all it will do is put you on hold for hours with some music playing while NOBODY picks up . They need to fix this .

Awful communication and the lack of knowledge is insane. I have since May been trying to get a medical screening so I can move overseas with my husband. I made an appointment for a medical screening and when I went I had to explain what that was to them. Then when I actually got back there the doctor asked me a few questions and tested my blood pressure than shoed me out of there I was like that's not right for a screening its supposed to be medical dental and a bunch of papers I didn't get any of that. Then I went to the efmp office that is located inside of guthie and they aren't any better they barely helped me and they never communicated with my primary and now I have to wait again for an actual medical screening and my husband has been at a duty station where I can go and they're just keeping me from him by not allowing me to get the things I need done for no reason. Not to mention whenever you call they automatically put you on hold been trying to call for 2 hours to get an appointment made for the right stuff this time.
