Ace Carting

Service started out great. 5 months later not so much. Price increases all the time without notice. Havent picked up garbage in about a week and half due to driver issues. Now we switched to Twin Bridges. Much cheaper and very consistent. Would recommend everyone considering Ace to check out Twin Bridges before making an final decision. Oh I almost forgot. Caitlyn likes to hang up on people as well. Conclusion dont go with Ace and check out Twin Bridges.

Used it for years, but right after they switched pickup days, the service has been terrible. Not only are they late more often than on time, but they have cancelled multiple times and did not pickup until the following week. I called to ask for a pro-rated bill based on the cancellation and was promptly told no. I cancelled my service without hesitation. Service: Trash removal & disposal

I was a customer of Ace Carting for about a year and a half. Due to their high cost and other customer service issues, I discontinued service on January 31, 2023.  Service issues included:  missed pick-ups; inaccurate info given out by services reps, and failure to advise when a pick-up would be delayed because of weather. When I canceled service, the Ace service rep said they would pick up my old cans on 2/2/23. The cans were not picked up, so I called and was told the date had been moved to 2/16/23. The cans were not picked up, so I called and was told the date had again been moved to 2/23/23. Ace never advised me of these changes, and each time, I had to call them. This is typical of Ace, which had both my phone number and email. They make arbitrary schedule changes but never advise the customer. Ace may not be the worst service of this type, but if not, they are very close to the worst. I would never recommend them to a residential customer.
