Service was good so far. The roof work was done about 10 months and it seems to hold up well so far . Only bad thing cost kept escalating from the estimate but damage was not found until actual dismantling of the old roof. Only bad thing is that I kept asking for referrals for other work and they never got back to me

Amazing job from start to finish on a full flat roof removal and installation! Our roof had some issues that were made worse following Hurricane Ida. Matt came out to do an estimate and was able to slot us in a few days later. Whereas other vendors estimated 1-2 days to do the job, Royal Renovators was confident they can do it in one day because they bring a crew of dozen or more. Their pricing was competitive and their 20-year labor and material warranty is hard to beat and offers a great peace of mind. On the day of the installation, they showed up on time and with a large crew as promised. They ripped off the old roof, patched the frame where needed, and installed the new roof in hours. Throughout the work, Eric the project manager, sent photos of the progress and kept us up to date. He suggested we install aluminum ridge caps that were optional, but highly recommended to ensure a better seal in weak areas. It was a bit out of our budget but we were able to negotiate to make it fit our budget. Despite negotiating and agreeing on doing 80% of what was recommended, Royal Renovators still did 100% in the end, which was a very pleasant surprise! Royal Renovators came in like pros, and they went above and beyond to fix our leaks. Mike Hazan who was in charge of the project on their side is absolutely amazing and truly cares that the project goes as planned and that the work fixes your issues. He was always available to explain the sources of the leaks and problems they uncovered and was knowledgable enough to thoroughly explain what options we had to remedy the leaks. We had the roofers with us for a while to fix both facade and a flat roof and they were all very nice people and worked hard to fit us into their busy schedule during rain season. Overall Royal Roofers were great do deal with throughout this project, and Mike stands out as someone who actually cares and works hard to get it all right!
