One word crooks. Do not deal with Enrique Guevara and his agent Joel Batista very Unethical and preys on home owners in foreclosure. They will steal your house right under you instead of helping you. They will make you quit claim deed your house and then evict you. Know your rights and prevent equity theft. I'm surprised this place is in business and should be investigated by the financials crime division. Home owners in foreclosure: Continue fighting for your house till the very end and deal with your bank. ECG Business services is not in the home owners best interest. You've been warned.

They are dishonest, a bunch if crook's and try to call homeowners insurance without consent and pocket the money..they harrass people too..they are ugly people who are just dishonest all around

Mr. Guevara is the most honest hardworking realtor my friend ever delt with. I witnessed her entire process from when we walked in asking a million questions to the point of closing. We now are both clients !!

What I really enjoyed was the easy payment options ECG had to offer me as a client. I have closed on my home in a little over a month . I just hated dealing with major companies , this one cares about the little people :)
