We went in for a cleaning we were told to come back to see a dentist because it was "too late". We told them to shove it and moved on.
The manager (a eastern European woman) who runs this place is extremely rude. We took our baby's stroller in the back and were told to leave the child in the waiting room (unthinkable!). We had to hear an earful from her. Plus she embarrassed the hygienist for allowing us to bring the child in.
Last but not the least, the office charged us for deep cleaning when all we had was simple cleaning. Did not cost me anything but to them whatever they were able to extract from the insurance company was better than nothing. Total scam artists.
Gentle Touch (in walking distance of these idiots) is by far the best dentist in Forest Hills. Go there. Address is 7025 Yellowstone Blvd #1P, New York, NY 11375.
