        Poor customer service. There is an art to speaking to customers. With proper training managers and associates approach customers a certain way. I should know as I have been working in retail for 2 years now. Anyways I went back to exchange pajamas that I bought a few days ago that didnt fit. I didnt realized that I could not exchange pajamas. When I went back for the exchange if I was simply told about this policy I would have left. Instead of talking politely the person at the register had an aggressive tone from the start even before I could speak. She said she explained this to me when I made the purchase when I can clearly remember it wasnt her as the girl who helped me before was much younger and nicer. Anyways she went on to explain they dont manufacture the clothes etc. I wasnt allowed to speak and she was giving me a lecture for no reason. On top of it she said she will make an exception and will exchange my product. However; the attitude was like she was doing me a huge favor (me the paying customer). The way she was taking off the sensors and tags with aggression and her angry expression. Anyways I recently became a loyal customer of Rainbow, but now I know not to come here again!
