I was a student at Kennedy Test Prep in 2013 and searched for the place online, hoping that Mr. Kennedy was still teaching. A few days ago (7+ years later), I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree. While reflecting on the things that led up to this milestone, I remembered going to Mr. Kennedy’s evening classes, and him always commending me on my ability as a writer. My math wasn’t that great, but he pushed me to overcome my weaknesses, while instilling confidence in what he saw as my strengths. Ironically, when I started college, my English 1 professor ended up offering me a job in the writing lab as a tutor-- if that’s any validation to his foresight. Daniel may have been one of the most important teachers I had, because he was the first that believed in my abilities. Along your academic career, you’ll find that those are the ones that end up meaning the most to your success.

I would definitely recommend Kennedy Test Prep to anyone looking for SAT Preparation! I was able to increase my score 150 points since my first practice test! Instructor, Daniel Kennedy was great at preparing lessons for each class. We covered all topics found in on the SAT in all three Categories: Math, Reading, and Writing and have the resources to look back at when we need it. We did lots of Practice Questions from real, recent SAT's to get a feel for questions and topics we were most likely to find on the real test. Would 100% recommend this course!

Before starting off as a KTP instructor, I, myself, was a student in Mr. Kennedy's SAT class. I saw a 250 point increase from the first practice test I took at KTP to my actual SAT, which resulted in a score of 1430. I believe that speaks for itself in terms of material taught in our courses. Practice definitely makes perfect, but what good is practice if the work being put in is not efficient. Not only were the strategies taught in the class well-structured, but the classroom environment was engaging. There was a point between my first exam and actual exam where Mr. Kennedy even worked with me one on one to resolve minor flaws and that small session helped make all the difference in my work and the proof is in my change of SAT scores. Having experienced KTP from both ends of the spectrum, I can confidently say that the strategies and coursework taught here truly make a difference in test results and the students are in the hands of staff members who want to see them do nothing but well. Authenticity and dedication are the foundation of Kennedy Test Prep and that makes for test scores that are easy on the eyes.
