U-Haul

Number 1 - I went to the location & there was no U-Haul sign. It was a gas station and luckily I went into inquire and found out that there were some U-Haul trucks in the back of the gas station. The employees at the gas station were very rude and told me I need to leave and go to another gas station in order to pick up a key for the truck. Keeping in mind I’m paying people by the hour that are waiting for me to bring the truck I went to this other gas station ( that was almost impossible to find) and the person there said they do not to U-Haul on Sunday however he would try to help me and we had to drive back to the first gas station and hope that he would be able to find my reservation that I saved on my mobile device This employee instructed me to “back” the van out from the alleyway on the side of the gas station and it was nearly impossible . Finally the gas station employee backed it out for me... when he heard My boyfriend on speaker phone saying he was coming down there right away to see what’s going on Then I was told I couldn’t leave my vehicle at this particular gas station/U-Haul site and had to go and try to find a parking space It was the worst experience that I’ve had in recent years with any organization I still cannot believe that there is a U-Haul site with no sign that requires you to run back-and-forth to other gas stations just to get keys find reservations etc.

BAD! Made a reservation online, checked in early and we waited for about twenty minutes to be directed to go out and take a pic and license. Then we had to go out and find the truck, which are in no real order, we refreshed a few times until we found one near us (forty minutes later) then we had to go back and wait forty minutes for the keys. It's 10 am been here for an hour and a half
