        My son was scheduled for a laparoscopic surgery on his shoulder due to a car accident. After we met with his surgeons office manager we were told this would be a quick procedure, about 35 minutes. Sounds great. Between prep, procedure and recovery, I say 2 hours. The driver picked us up at 5am, it's currently 10a and we're still sitting here. Based on prior reviews, seems this is the norm here. Total disrespect for people's time.

        Had a great experience with my child at this surgical center. Dr. Wasserman ENT is truly the best, very caring and attentive. He performed tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy for my 4 year old and explained everything before and after the procedure. Takes his time explaining and doesnt rush. The nurses were great and attentive as well. Everything was fast and smooth.
