I strongly recommend the Len Harris appliances business. The quality of their products, their service, their follow up, their delivery, their installation, their warrantees, in every way, they are honest, trustworthy and honorable. Even though I dealt mainly with Howard, I also dealt with other members of their team, and their entire team, they are all professional, dependable they are superb. I have bought several appliances from them, including two a/c recently, and I am enjoying them immensely; especially these two a/cs which I got during the recent heat wave. I use the remote control, turn one on, set it to 78F - 80F (because I like this temperature), and enjoy.
