        So I went to an open house with Redfin. The salesperson from Crisfasi, Luisa Hernandez, was just so helpful. She was super sweet and friendly. Overall a big help with the tour. She answered all of our questions.

        bad experience with Aneta, she never wrote me about the apartment we saw. She just had me waiting for 5 days and I never received a message from her whether it was a positive or negative response. Very bad customer service from her.
