FRAUD!!! Was scammed out of $1000 as a security deposit to later be told it was a brokers fee. Terrible experience and disbelief the realtor Linda would take advantage of 19 year old desperate to move. Later asked for her real estate license number to verify with a lawyer. Also asked for a bill of sale for the security deposit, She declined to both. I wonder why.

Linda is extremely unprofessional and unethical. We had a house for rent and she called for a showing. She brought a family and shows up an hour early, rips off the For Rent sign on my gate just because she didnt want her tenants to contact me directly. Not only is this trespassing but also unethical. This is not the right way to conduct real estate business.

The representative can't speak English well and does not conduct herself professionally.

Maryna N was very nice and professional and with the best disposition when she showed me the studio apartment. I wish I could've taken it.
