I would give them 0 stars if i could! They show the house, you put in your offer, they accept the offer, and right after you spend you HARD EARNED money on an inspection they back out saying they got a higher offer! How is that when you have a contract EVA?! Not to mention she also ignored called from the buyers realtor up until the sellers lawyer contacted them saying the realtor said not to go forward with the contract! You broke the heart of 2 children looking forward to moving into their first home!! Thank you so much for ruining that for them!! Now they have to start over when their boxes were packed! The whole family bought furniture for said home and now are out money! This is deplorable and unacceptable! As i look through these reviews i see this isnt the first family theyve done this to. I hope you enjoyed destroying this familys Christmas! Disgraceful!!
