        Why did you change the cheese?! Two stars because the pretzels are good. The dipping cheese used to be perfect but the last two times the cheese was bad. At first I thought maybe I got a bad batch but unfortunately, it seems they changed it. It has a weird after taste, almost like it's going bad. The color is more orange than yellow too...just gross 🤢. Idk if all the locations in the mall changed the cheese but the spot that I get it from is next to the cheesecake factory.

        No refills on drinks,costumer service is questionable ,the kid on the cashier barely answer questions ,and even though the pretzels are ok to many flies around the food .

        As much as I like to see this joint is reopening at this place, but they sell stale and days-old pretzels here. This happens to us more than once already. Please dont buy!
