Waited all day for repairman. He comes to my house and quotes me a price triple of what I was given on the phone. He said one minute Ill go outside and call the office. Gets in his truck and leaves with no explanation. I call the company and she says guy is refusing to come back in my house. We literally spoke to this man for 1 minute. Now we have a wasted night of waiting around and a clogged sink still. Company wont do anything about it either. Service: Drain cleaning

The service person was nice, but his equipment was not working properly so he could not clear the clog. He couldnt get the job done because of it and company still charged me a service fee. Asked them to apply it to a follow up visit with someone with working equipment and they would not do it.

Wow you need some one trusted person, I call 49.99 guys, first I call them they come next day, fine when the person come to my home I welcome, give him water say hi , hello, after he did sank in kitchen drain, for about two minutes, after he say everything is ok he says give me 57 dollars even 49.99+ tax= 54.95. That is fine,then he told me to sign the paper and paper dont even say amount or guarantee and I sign. After 10 minutes I call them, water not drain, you know what they say you guys dont want to hear trust me. In the shot dont trust this company, better you get professional plumber and done with one time. Sorry guys I wrote all this but dont call this company again. Thanks brother and sister

This place is a scam!! $49.99 service fee is what they advertised but it certainly wont be $49.99. After they are done they will make it seem like how difficult job was and hit you with a bunch of fees when it took them less than 30mins to complete. They unclog 1 drain!! And i was hit with a $200 bill. They also left a huge mess and had no intentions of cleaning up after themself.
Beware!! 49.99 is what gets them through your door but after that its like writing them a blank check. Service: Drain cleaning
