        I called to schedule an appoint for my cdl medical certificate and the receptionist Jen was very rude, I asked for a thursday or friday appointment and informed me the doctor is only available mondays and wednesdays, before I can ask what times are availabale she said "I have to go" and hung up while I was still speaking. Go somewhere else, the aggravation is not worth it.

        Dumpy office, unprofessional. Went from limiting the length of the period of time it would be certified to saying he wouldnt, without any exam. He was rude and extremely unprofessional.
