I had a bad experience. I did not find the doctor caring or even interested. The room where you get blood drawn is where there are people receiving chemo therapy. It was traumatizing. I am a cancer survivor and was not planning on revisiting that scenario again. I was asked to give my email to receive a link for the portal for results for the blood tests and never received the link, I had to call. When I got to see the doctor after the blood work, he took phone calls on his cell phone. I am not sure he understood what my concerns were but the diagnosis was to tell me my cancer was not coming back and that is good news but not sure he could get this information with 100% accuracy with the blood work results in 5 minutes time and the issues I came in with did not match the medication I went home with. The follow-up was also half-fast. It was by phone and I reiterated to the doctor my initial concerns about a test I felt should be ordered (scan). He said it would be ordered and I would get a call to go. I never got a call. I called them back just to let them know I did not get the call. This is the most unprofessional doctor I have used for oncology.
