I went to go do my hair because I wanted a change in my hair so I got highlights on my hair. she burned my hair my hair is breaking and every time I brush it a lot of hair falls out I paid 225 dollars for nothing. She left bleach on my hair for almost an hour and a half and she had 4 patients and was doing all of us at the same time. the worst experience in my life please don’t go here if you are getting your hair done. Went for a pedicure and waited half an hour soaking my feet, as I watched staff eating. When I inquired as to how much longer would I have to wait ,the owner rudely replied that they were eating. At no point did the owner apologize. Extremely unprofessional, not to mention the dog’s urine in the bathroom. Overall, rude, unprofessional and felt that my time was of no value
