Suspicious activity at this doctors office. I came in yesterday and the door was locked but somehow the guy thats darker skin opened the door and said well be open tomorrow. Why have a website and a sign that says Monday-Friday but youre closed on a Monday? Today is Tuesday and Im calling to see if theyre open and nobody answers. Mind you its bright and early in the morning. When I first came, they looked like they didnt even know what they were doing.. Real strange and suspicious. I chose this location because its walking distance but Im not coming back here. Im all the way turned off. I wont be surprised if things are happening under the table. Better luck next time.. terrible.

Great doctors , all whom are very attentive, caring and accommodating. Excellent staff and lovely atmosphere.

I advise no one go to this medical facility. Doctor Chapote will refer you to the worse doctors or pain management clinics in NYC. I my opinion these doctors don't care about any of your pain management needs. It is truly about the money.
