        The agent and Allstate is not good.  I had submitted proper documentation to change the name on the account after my mother passed away to myself.  I had submitted the new deed under my name, the death certificate of my mother, my mother's will, and the living trust.  Even a simple thing as this, they could not accomplish.  I was insured by them since 1974.  We never filed a homeowner's insurance claim with them until Hurricane Ida passed by on September 2021.  I was subsequently dropped by them one year later.  Allstate Claims give you the minimum amount of money in claims.  For example, they count as few tiles on the roof that need to be replaced instead of giving you a group of tiles that need to be replaced.  The sales agent is not responsive to changes in policy and the claims payout is insufficent.
