        My mother is a 91 year old widow. My parents had a policy with Allstate for decades. They terminated my mother's insurance, and refuse to reinstate it, because she was only days over the limit to apply for reinstatement. Decades of on time payments and then this. Mr. Hong was her broker. Brokers are supposed to take care of their clients. Yet they never reached out to my elderly mother to let her know that there was a problem. Allstate is a giant corporation. They are too big to see people as individuals. That's what brokers are supposed to do. But not Mr. Hong. If you are a senior, or if, like me, your parents are elderly, find another broker who at least looks out for senior citizens.
