image A Very horrible &disgusting place to bring a loved one. The nurse assistants that are supposed to make sure the person in bed is cleaned and repositioned EVERY 2 HOURS DO NOT ABIDE BY THAT PROTOCOL they leave the helpless people that cannot move talk or stand dirty in urine and feces for hours on end the nurses are just practicing on people and leave the facility within a couple of months because they need to experiment on poor sick people before they attempt to get a job in a hospital. Nurses there do not want to do anything but feed medication. No matter how many times you ask them nicely to do something they give you an attitude and are really nasty and still ignore you. AND DONT BOTHER GOING TO ADMINISTRATION AND EXPRESSING YOUR CONCERN BECAUSE THEY ALL HIDE IN A SECLUDED PART OF THE FACILITY AND TELL THE SECRETARIES THAT SOMEONE WANTS TO TALK TO YOU AND THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR HOURS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. THE OWNERS OF THE FACILITY HAVE ONLY ONE THING IN MIND AND THAT IS YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES MEDICAL INSURANCE MONEY $$$ AND TO KEEP YOU THERE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. ITS RUN LIKE A NAZI CONCENTRATION CAMP THEY HAVE ONE NURSE FOR 20 POOR SICK PEOPLE THAT CONSTANTLY NEED CARE. AND TO THE OWNERS AND ADMINISTRATION THE WORD CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE AND REHAB SO THEY CAN GET BETTER IS A LIE THEY WANT TO KEEP YOU HOSTAGE THERE AND GET WORSE SO YOU CANNOT GO HOME TO YOUR FAMILY. I TOOK MY TIME TO WRITE THIS AND TO WARN PEOPLE THAT THEIR FAMILY MEMBER IS NOT IN GOOD HANDS HERE. THE OWNERS ONLY CARE IS TAKING YOUR INSURANCE MONEY AND CHARGING OVER 400$ A DAY FOR THEIR DIRTY OUTDATED STINKY BEDS.FAMILY MEMBERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE DONT LET THE "FREE VALET PARKING FOOL YOU. HOPEFULLY THE STATE OF NY WILL SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN PRETTY SOON. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS PLACE.

image I'm a private Aide to the oldest resident, he's 104 years old. I visit the Pavillion daily to make sure that he's comfortable, and to assist in any way I can. The staff is very helpful & courteous. I, personally had an experience where Nurse Senat went about & beyond her duties. I accidentally threw out my dentures in the trash. I only realized this when I got home. In panic, I called & explain to Nurse Senat, she said she'll go through the trash in the resident bathroom, and I should call back in 10 minutes. When I call again, she said she found it & put it away safely in the resident bedside table. This is exemplary of going above & beyond her duties.
