I have been to this hair salon several times, hoping that maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Unfortunately, my experiences have only gone from bad to worse. Each time I've visited, I've been paired with a different stylist, and not one of them has managed to impress me. It's clear that the people working here lack any real skill or training when it comes to haircuts. It's as if they're simply guessing and hoping for the best. The lack of technique is astounding - I've left with uneven layers, choppy bangs, and overall messy cuts. At this point, I have to wonder if this place should even be marketed as a hair salon. Perhaps they should stick to blowouts because that seems to be the only thing they can handle with some semblance of competence. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place.

Leonardo was very rude and made me wait a long time. I did not appreciate how he treated me at all. I waited 2 hours to start an appointment and he took walk ins before me. I wont be going back.

The truth is I didn't like it, I went to have some highlights done but in the end I was left with my hair completely blonde apart from the fact that the top part of my head was one color and the back part another. I paid $300 and the truth is it was not a good job, I was very disappointed.
