The only place I could find a charger that late. And for that I want to give them 5 stars. Charger stopped working the next day. So have to take one off lol. When you need 7 11 you learn to appreciate it.

Do not order delivery from this store. I ordered on 7 Now app, the first time they did not put fountain drinks Big Gulp in a carrier or bag. The delivery person was trying to carry 6 fountain drinks. Her hands with no carrier and dropped 2 of them. Not her fault. I decided to give 7Now app another chance. The store is 24 hours. We ordered sodas, big gulps, 2 of 2 liter comes and snacks for a midnite Saturday movie night. Delivery took a long time. When it arrived, we received the snacks but no beverages at all. Missing 2 - 2 liter Coke and 3 Dr Pepper Big Gulps. I called the store for 2 days, no one ever answers no matter what time of day or night. The staff keeps a cheesy pre-recorded message on 24 hours a day saying they are not a available and call back. It doesn't let you leave a message. 10 calls in 2 days, always the same. I rated the order on the 7Now website, made a complaint asked for refund. NO response at all. Finally, on the third day I went to the store in person. The very rude staff tried to blame the delivery person from postmates. But I ordered on 7Now app, 7-11 and the store choose and contact postmates as their divery service. Its not my problem to contact postmates and I dont have info to contact postmates because I didn't order from them. I asked to speak to manager in the store today to get a refund for charged items that were never delivered. Employee said she can't help me, doesn't have a managers name or number I can call, insisted I have to get my refund from postmates. After 10 minutes of trying to get a refund or manager, the rude condescending employee insulted me, rolling her eyes, making comments about me to customers behind me, then ignoring me and telling me talking to me is like talking to a wall. Finally the other guy in the back said the manager's name is Eric and he's only there 8 - 4 pm. They still refused to give me a number I could call. I work 9 - 6:30 pm. So now I have to take time off work to come before 4 pm and hope Eric the Manager is here to give me my refund. Matter of principle, but NOT worth it! Will never order again, if they screw up there's no way to get refund and employees essentially have an f*** the customer attitude. Not like Uber or Seamless or Grubhub where you can notify them of incorrect order on the app easily and it gets taken care of! Only order 7Now delivery if you dont mind being ripped off!
