Pleasant experience, great price and awesome service!!! My carpet had plenty of wine, tea & coffee stains plus ash from our fireplace.My technician was courteous and prompt service. The tech was friendly, professional, easy to work with and did a great job. They were running 20 minutes late due to city traffic but called me to let know. I like it that they are not keeping their customers waiting without informing.
