My experience at this store wasn't good. I'm still dealing with a matter since my husband opened a line with T-Mobile. Everything the store Manger said to us was lies just to get sales. I call the store to get the district Manger, and no one in the store doesn't want to provide us with the contact. Why not give the district manager contact if you know you didn't do anything wrong? The reason why they can't give us the Manger's contact is that they are selling customer lies just to get a sale. Please, people, people, avoid yourself from this store. It is fraud they do here. I had my phone when I went into that which was S21 phone, and nothing was wrong with it because the Manger didn't want to deal with boost mobile he decided to give me an S22 phone for free and took my S21. Now I have to pay for the telephone S22 that I didn't ask for. Now I have to write a letter to T-Mobile Customer Relations and T-Mobile headquarters.  It is very frustrating.I'm letting you guys stay far away from this store. They do fraudulent things and say you put your signature, so be careful and read because this store would tell you one thing to make a sale and then add something that they gave free to you on your bill because they adopted your signature. Always ask for a copy of what you are putting your signature to before you leave the store. Now I have to deal with this matter with higher-ups management of T-Mobile. However, I'm happy to have some proof with text messages from the store Manager back and forth about my bill. This will help me a bit. God does sleep; doing those things to people is not correct.

AJ was so friendly and her energy is high spirited! Love her!!! She put me on to promotions I didnt even know about Friendly service 5 t mobile overall internet service 5 if I can give it a 10 I would home internet?!?! 5 and its very very fast and good internet easier to install and bring around!!! Highly recommend this store than the others!!

Do Not come to this store if you want honest and professional service. Shouldve listen to the negative reviews and stay away. Went to visit the store to trade in my phone and change plan. eventually was told to leave by the female manager. they were dishonest, very unprofessional and rude. Rep tried to sell me everything else I didnt ask for that include monthly fees but he tells me its free. giving each other looks and speaking in a different language during transactions. I asked if they can waive the 35 fee thats when they showed great teamwork. Rep asked the female manager, she explained no So I said I might do the trade in online. Then the district Mgr also explained they cant do it and in the middle of the conversation, the female Mgr suddenly said have a nice day with a straight face staring at me. Never going back to this store if the staff doesnt change. I have never experienced this kind of service over 10 years with T-Mobile. Was able to get everything done with customer service on the phone.

Best customer service experience. Store manager very patient with my phone problem. Fixed it, all my family is happy with this service. Best store of T-Mobile
