Ive been going to this place for years and Im always thinking its going to be different. Its always bad. ALWAYS, your better off getting baby wipes and wiping your car down

I had truly disliked my experience here. When I pulled my car in, I made sure to ask the person exactly what my car needed. I recently had a leak inside and had powder in it after fixing the issue. So i needed deep cleaning and vacuuming. I paid for the armorall complete. There was still powder inside my car, there were stains still visible to the eye and all around my car.... i made a complaint. So someone came and cleaned lightly, and I was still very disappointed. Then the same guy from the beginning comes and I show him how they didn't do a good job. Then he says oh you had to pay for an even deeper cleaning.... what!? it's like a joke or something.... Such a waste of time, money & energy...

Was a regular customer here but wont be anymore. The quality of work really declined over the years. Got my car cleaned here and a few things to point out. 1) Even after specifically telling the guy receiving the car that I wanted my trunk mat cleaned, they not only did not clean the mat, they didnt clean anything in the trunk and that includes vacuuming. 2) There was a whole line of under carriage soap visible that made my car look like it had spray foam on the driver underside. Didnt have to look hard to see it. 3) My dashboard is full of lint/dirt still and my center console was not even touched. Lastly, I paid for The Best. If that is the best, then Id rather not see what happens with standard. The wash took like 10 mins when in previous years, someone would be in there wiping things down thoroughly. Not expecting in depth as a detailer wash but at least wipe the interior down.

First of all, the service attitude of the manager of this store is quite rude and perfunctory. I dont recommend you to go to this car wash. I went to this store to wash my car two days ago. After washing, there were all small scratches on the car. If you dont want the surface of your new car to be covered with Small scratches
