As someone who has never done a Muay Thai class it was so great. The environment was friendly and encouraging from the students to the coaches. Ive taken a few classes there and I Ive seen some of their fighters fight and its always been so much fun and theyre always ready to teach you and take you through the steps. Highly recommend to everyone! On the weekend they also have Women Training Center which is organized by members of the gym for the community !

Only been less than a year Ive had lessons from Cornerstone Thai Boxing so everything is still pretty new for me, especially since Muay Thai boxing is my first combat sport. Even so, the place itself is very welcoming, the coaches here are very patient with new members, and the environment itself is clean and friendly. These factors really helped me get comfortable with this sport and Ive learned how to physically strengthen my body, making me feel more healthy and confident about myself. Overall, wonderful place, definitely recommend to any beginners like myself!!

As someone who joined cornerstone 8 years ago I joined to learn how to protect myself against bullying and to be in better shape. Throughout the years working under all the coachs I learned a lot from all of them and even went on to participate in my first fight thanks to the great environment set up in cornerstone. This gym is a great place filled with a variety of different ethnic groups never felt left out or as an outsider. I love coach youyoung due to him bringing the community together during Covid to help us stay active and mentally sharp. Shoutout coach youyoung because he always believed in me never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. Also because he went out of his way to help the whole community stay active through virtual challenges during a pandemic which helped me stay positive and healthy
