I found this company by accident and what a great accident it was.....They did an outstanding job and everything was just perfect. I was a nervous wreck and Nikki was just amazing. I can't thank them enough for this amazing job they did!!!!!

BEWARE BEWARE!!! I would suggest not even beginning to use this company as all of their unprofessional communications are major red flags. When calling the business a woman answers, is very short, and requests you do business through text messaging. The unprofessional hours to which she responds, does not respond, or fails to follow through with a response is just silly. This business has no organization, professionalism, nor proper business structure in order to effectively handle customers and their inquiries. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEKING A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED BUSINESS. Very disappointing as their work displayed looks superb but goes to show you can’t judge anything by their appearance.

Stressed because they specifically requested that I communicate with them via text message if needed, yet I’m the middle of asking for a quote I stopped getting a response. I texted them 3 days in a row and still heard nothing back. My event is in a month and I’m not a last minute person so I wanted to get everything paid off as early as possible. Ended up having to start all over looking elsewhere. Sucks because I truly would’ve loved to do business with them.

I had my daughters 15th birthday here and I was beyond satisfied. Everything turned out so beautiful and the place was absolutely perfect! Nicolle had a great taste in decorating and made the night one to remember. I would definitely plan another event here again.

I wanted to work with POParazzi Balloons because I have seen their work and I wanted them to help me bring my daughter’s quarantine birthday to life. Long story short I was in talks with the person and she knew the date I choose and agreed to it even though it was on a holiday. The red flags started when I didn’t hear from her for a while after booking and when I didn’t receive the invoice right away. I then reached out to her and said if she was unable to assist me, to just let me know so that I can find another company to do the job. Moving forward, on the day of the event she was supposed to arrive at 1230PM and she did not show up. After giving her about 20 minutes to see if she was maybe running late I texted her to see if she was still coming. She then replied as if she was confused as to what was going on. In that instant my heart dropped because there was only 2 hours left before the party started. After getting in touch with her she asked if she could come at 430-5 instead and I told her no because my daughter’s party started at 330! She then says to me that she didn’t realize there was a party...I was confused and angry. She then informed me that she thought she was talking to someone else. She proceeded to say I’m going to get your order ready and be there soon since your only a 20 minute drive... At the end of the day she came just after two o’clock which I was so grateful for and everything turned out great, but my fear is that if I never called or texted would she have never come. This caused me SO much stress. It was my daughters 1st birthday which meant a lot to us and I wanted the decorations to be done well before the party so that I could have peace of mind, hence why I scheduled, paid for, and booked this appointment to be done at 1230PM. When she showed up she even told me that she “wasn’t supposed to be working that day,” as to imply she is doing me a favor since my request was easy. I was sitting there thinking to myself then why book a client and accept their payment for that day? This is not personal, just honest feedback. The lady who showed up was very friendly and did a GREAT job. However, this company just needs to be more organized. If you do not work on holidays please be clear and inform the customer instead of agreeing and booking someone on that day.
