        Ordered multiple times and missing half the order each time !! Nobody answers the phone when you try to call either to try and make things right. DONT ORDER DELIVERY HALF YOUR ORDER WILL BE MISSING AND THEY DONT TRY TO HELP AT ALL!!

        Listen the name auntie Anne's speaks for itself.The softness of the pretzels, the freshness of them puts them in a class by themselves. I always enjoy the cinnamon pretzels with the cheese sauce, and the plane pretzels with the honey mustard sauce. Or there cinnamon nuggets. Auntie Anne's is definitely a major attraction in queens center mall, a must visit. Plus the staff is always upbeat and friendly.nothing beats the smell of fresh pretzels being prepared at the mall.
