        I have been meditating at the Bayside Meditation for over 4 years! It has had a profound effect on my life, I cant express the gratitude I have for this meditation! It has cleared many meaningless thoughts which, has given me such clarity to make better choices in life because I have less conflict in my mind. If you have stress this meditation will alleviate a great deal of it. I personally have much more calmness in my life.
