Property management doesn't care about your safety. In the Marseilles building (9805 67th avenue) there is a tenant on the walking around with a large knife when he leaves his apartment, trying to intimidate tenants. Tenants beware! As you can see they have replied to us, their efforts are not enough and have zero sense of urgency. Their legal department should be filing an emergency hearing but instead are waiting for a pretrial date in August for eviction. This is a serious threat, there are 3 kids living on this floor.

As a realtor the Queens office is the worst!!! Ruth will steal your leads, justify to you that she was working with them on another apartment so if they want a K&Q apartment you are showing them she will redirect your lead to another apartment - tell them I'll save you from the broker fee. I didn't use my real name here because when I approached Marco and Richard, Richard almost crucified me and threatened to report me to NYS Department of license when approaching him about Ruth. In Richards eyes Ruth could not be touched. I am a real real estate salesperson.

Stay far away from these buildings. There are a lot of dangerous people living here. A lot of illegal activities going on. Neither the police or the management will act to help you. Here is a picture of my neighbor welding knife. He goes around the hallway and elevator trying to intimidate other tenants with it. Marseilles building 98-05 67th Avenue. Edit: This is not a concern, this is an emergency. You want us to wait until August for court. You think that's the correct response for a situation like this? This situation should be handled immediately! These are not liveable conditions for us or anyone. Why you don't enforce the lease agreement? This is a time sensitive matter, someone is going to get hurt and you all will be liable. I'm attaching more pictures from today.

WATCH Out!!!!!!!! Before Move in!!! You should know!!! OMG! Here has so much ROACH in the whole building! If you want cockroaches crawling on your bed and face while you sleep? This is really my nightmare, it's so scary here! Service is terrible! You told the management staff that the mailbox was broken, and it took more than a year to move it in and repair it for me. Then they hardly turned on the heating. They turned on very little heating! It is such cold!!! and the outdoor heater temperature is minus 7 degrees. You can imagine how cold the room is! I have a child who is sick with a cold in my family! very bad! Such cold-weather! VERY COLD! My baby already got the sick! So Terrible! When I lived here! Now !I already moved out now , I have to write this again! Let people know! Because they TOOK OUR DPOSIT and charged us an additional almost $1200!!! Dont move in here! Run! I Moved out in July , I already paid my all bill every month , before I am moving out. But they took our deposit and charged us an additional almost $1200.They dont respond to request .They wont respond to your emails dont bother. They pass you along because once they do contact you back no one seemingly knows the answer. Just avoid at all costs. Before you guys move in go look reviews first! BE Careful!

4 years living here and Management is currently ignoring my request to fix a heavily leaking ceiling when a 3-day rain forecast is coming. Ive had to contact 311 twice now and Housing dept tomorrow. The place is never heated properly since the outer brick is poorly cemented, and the walls are paper thin. No wonder water is coming in from the outside They obviously cheaply renovated larger apartments into smaller units with sheet-rock and plaster . Im pretty sure managements strategy to all issues is to respond as little as possible when its not in their favor. Dont worry, I have to suffer a leak but Ill make sure it hurts your pockets, and at the very least your ratings. Update*** They had a couple of contractors plaster and repaint the ceiling. It didnt leak for one money, then guess what leaking AGAIN for the 4th time. They just dont want to make the proper repairs. Its honestly quite ridiculous, because you cant even rent this apartment out anymore unless you fix the leak anyway, so if I leave youre screwed. And Ill make sure next tenant is aware of the situation. My family has some influence in the Borough Park and Sunset Park areas, where we are located. Possibly see you in court? Thanks.
