        WARNING! IF YOU'RE GOING TO RENT UHAUL FROM THIS PLACE, READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN! We rented a utility trailer for a day (specified to be 24 hours). When our credit card was charged twice as much as expected I called. The woman I finally spoke to looked up the contract and told me it said I would have the trailer back by 830pm on the same day I rented it! When I protested, she said "you should have read the contract before signing." READ THE CONTRACT!!

        Very high prices. I brought in 3 quotes from Kuiken, Lowes, and 84 Lumber and all three places for spruce lumber was half the cost. I understand grades of wood and this place claims to only sell the best but still way too expensive even for a single 2x4. They refused to work on price at all with me. Even when I told them I am a builder with jobs in area and will be needing many deliveries of wood. So Kuiken got my account and have to say Im very happy with service and talking with many other builders in area they all told me I do not want to go to Roe for lumber. They said last 2 years they have new management and to stay far away. Please look me up and come see homes I have for sale.

      Good day. We are sorry to hear about your experience. U-haul trailers are rented with unlimited miles for 24 hour period. Rates are anywhere from $14.95 to $34.95 depending on the size of the trailer, per 24 hour period. If you feel you were overcharged or mischarged I encourage you to reach out to U-Haul's Corporate office. They can pull up your contract and see if there is a misunderstanding. They have the ability to reverse/adjust credit card charges. You can reach out to them at (1-800-468-4285).
