Sandler's Gift Baskets

I recently ordered a basket from Sandler's and was very disappointed with the quality. I reached out to the manager and was not contacted til 3 days later. When the manager Ray called me and I explained that half the items that were shown in the picture were not in the basket, he said they have the right to substitute items. The basket was a chocolate and confection basket with no chocolate on sight. They put a granola bar , bag of trail mix and dollar store cookies in the basket. They substituted a large container of pistachios with trail mix and Ray did not seem to think that was a problem! Ray basically told me I didn't spend enough money and should not expect much even though the picture they show on their website did not match what my friend received. They would not send out the correct items and basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. I had to send my friend another basket because I was so embarrassed by what was sent to her. I thought I would give a local business support during this time but I made a HUGE MISTAKE! This company does not know the meaning of customer service and I will never order from them again nor will anyone I know!! DO NOT spend your money here - you will regret it! There are many other companies that would appreciate your business and value every customer no matter what you spend. Order from anywhere else but here!!!
