I would give 0 stars if there was an option for Greg's unreliability and arrogant attitude. I found him to be a hot tempered and a stubborn individual who talks in a condescending manner. In our discussion today, he kept on speaking over me to get his way. I expressed to him that no one talks to me in this manner but that didn't stop him. With him it’s simply his way or the highway. He gives a 15 minutes heads up to inform us that he will show up 30 minutes before the scheduled home inspection time because that's convenient for him. If the buyer, seller and agent want to be present when he starts his exterior home inspection, it is well within their right to do so. We all had agreed to a time in advance. He stated that he will start early and share with us his findings. Well that's not what we wanted. We wanted to be present for the entire home inspection. If he wanted to come in earlier, he should have been courteous enough to let us know at least few hours in advance. A 15 minute advance notice to change the home inspection time is not acceptable by any standards. At the end of the phone call, he said it’s not worth his time and cancels the inspection and hangs up the phone on me. Don't trust Greg. He is not reliable.

What a great experience working with Greg on our inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable and would definitely use him again on future inspections!

Regarding home inspection: When I showed up to the home being inspected, Greg was flying a drone to get a look at the roof. He took his time going through a clear process for each part of the home and communicating with me and my wife during the entire visit. Greg was a true professional and made us very comfortable trusting his assessments. We did not know Greg and were referred to him, and now my wife and I are happy to refer him to others. Greg Girardi did 3 home inspections for me when I was looking for a home and I wouldn't use anyone else. He takes two hours to do an inspection as he is very thorough. Each time I came to an inspection at the end to just go over the findings for 20-30 minutes. If there are any issues with a house he will find them. He does not rush or overlook anything. I trust him and strongly recommend him as a home inspector. Service: Manufactured home inspections
