Thank God I Never hired This individual. Wanted me to retain him for $2,600.00 and wanted $1,500.00 up front. Found another Lawyer who only asked For Much Less than half of that to retain him and gave me 2 months To pay him. and the lawyer I found Did an awesome Job defending Me.

Excellent attorney. Ed produced results for me that far exceeded my expectations. I became immediately aware that he was highly respected by the judges and other attorneys as soon as we arrived in the court room. I was always kept well aware via phone calls and meetings as to the status of my case and I found his experience and extensive knowledge of law to be extremely helpful. Thanks again Ed

Do not use Ed if your need has ANYTHING to do with estate law. We were completely miss represented, told we owed money that we did not owe to a family member, and now owe money to the IRS and State. State deductions were never taken out at distribution, how does someone thats suppose to be representing you not see this!? Multiple phone calls and aggravation for absolutely nothing, I basically did his job- what we paid him to do. Making phone calls on my personal and work time to the IRS and other companies dealing with this estate. What an absolute MESS and huge mistake trusting and paying him for a service that was done incorrectly. Now having to pay ANOTHER accountant and attorney to fix this. ED was aware of the issue with the IRS, told me ( after multiple phone calls of course ) that he would have his accountant work / look at it , and Never did. Never heard from him again.
