After 12 years our old pediatricians office stopped taking our insurance, which was at first bothersome for our family, and our 3 children who had grown to love the practice. But our first visit at Dr. Khan's office immediately took all those worries away. The staff is WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY, AND GREAT WITH KIDS!!!!! The doctor was THOROUGH(which is so hard to find now a days) friendly, and was able to relate with my kids on a level I have never had before! There office was homely and clean!! Thank you to all for making this transition easy!!!!!

Undeserving of even one star. My whole family went through this sh*thole of an establishment and dealt with Dr. Khahn's lack of professionalism out of pure necessity and it was the single worst experience of our collective lives. Who needs to wait three weeks to review one single piece of paper and place exactly one signature on it? (dr khahn, surely, but not city md! who did it in less than ten minutes!) Who yells at a minor for rescheduling an appointment for which she's paying? Who yells at a minor at all? That kind of liberty taken against a seventeen year old is nothing short of insane. It is unthinkable to me that this woman still has her medical license--if the state of her disgusting office (and nasty a** lab coat) were any indication, she definitely would have it revoked by now. Natasha is the only saving grace of this hellhole and even she's powerless against that verbally abusive dictator most of the time. I pray she escapes her sooner rather than later--the negativity in that environment is probably harmful to her unborn child (but maybe she'll have better luck scheduling an appointment to treat any side effects from that than we did). Bottom line: my youngest sister has struggled to get paperwork done for college--exactly how I struggled, along with my other siblings--for months, today epitomizing the battle: an appointment, for a SINGLE signature stating that she had not come into contact with COVID, that would take weeks to schedule, got neutralized by a call from her assistant three hours later--telling us to find another PCP. In the background we could hear the doctor complaining about my sibling--another blatant act of unprofessionalism. I only have time to thank for the fact that my sibling's eighteenth birthday just passed because it frees us from this curse of a medical practice. I wait patiently until the day her business fails. From the looks of it that day is not too far away.
