I called to speak with the owner, and i was rudely placed on hold, taken off hold for a brief moment where i could hear a man and a woman yelling. Then I was hung up on. I just wanted some information, wont be shopping here.

Best selection in Long Island, and very reasonable prices. My go to for magnesium, boron, fish oil, and as needed nutraceuticals.

This place is bringing people in with their discounts ad; and removing certain expensive stock from the shelves so that they can claim "we're out of stock" on those crazy expensive items. I say this because I was in the store twice in the last three weeks thinking the ad would come out, and the stock on what I was looking for was shelved. Even earlier this past week, stock on the shelf was there; but yesterday when I went in, there was nothing; literally the entire shelf of Emerald vitamins was gone, or as the salesman stated, "we're out of stock". This is not the first time this has happened, although it is the first time I made visits to view the stock while awaiting the ad. I will be going to the Nassau County Consumer Affairs as well as the BBB.
