I had posted a complaint with a problem that I had with a particular driver and also stated that I was reluctant to use the service again as a result. I had been a long time customer (20+ years) and was upset that I was not contacted by management. Unfortunately, somehow signals had gotten crossed and management had not realized what had happened until much later. I received a call today from Tony who I have dealt with for the many years I used the service. Tony expressed his deep concerns about my issue, and assured me that it is being addressed. He was also very concerned about losing a customer. After talking with Tony, I did not want to blemish an entire company and staff who have always been courteous and gave good service for the many years I have used them for the actions of one person. That being said, I wanted to modify my original post. I would definitely use the service again and also recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Tony for your call and your concerns, it was very much appreciated.
