        Ordered Shrimp Parm Hero & Eggplant Parm entree.Got two heroes, both with burnt bread. Was overcharged $6.Never went back for refund and won't go back for anything.

        If I could give zero stars I would. Employee was extremely rude over the phone, constantly saying that he doesn't understand the order or the fact that I placed the order through Grubhub. If I asked to speak to another employee he would just hang up. They are on Grubhub but they don't deliver and 60% of the menu shown on Grubhub is not available. I will never patronize this business.

        Driving on Long Island for world,and saw this place as I was hungry.  Super nice guy behind the counter.  Had a slice of chicken bacon ranch that I watched come out of the oven. Looked great!  He then offered me his homemade sauce which was on the side.   The slice was good, not great, needed a little salt to get it to pop.  The sauce was a mayo based chipotle type sauce which was tasty   This should be a 3 star review but the guy behind the counter pushed it to a 4. I'm not rushing back.
