        The facility was neat and clean! The machines were all in working order and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

        After reading the reviews I have nothing new to add, the place is filled with equipment that was purchased used, they charge a yearly maintenance fee but don’t seem to maintain much and the staff plays games when you try to cancel your membership. They obviously know what they are doing to continue to pull money from peoples account. It is very bad business.

        I just moved to Farmingdale village and figured I'd become a member of this gym. I took a look at their website and decided I'd do the free day pass before I purchased anything. I received an email from synergy saying come by any time just bring photo id to activate guest pass. When I arrived I was told my guest pass wasn't activated yet. I showed the employee my guest pass email and I was told that they hadn't received verification yet and sometimes it takes 72 hours. I feel like at the very least they could have offered me a tour of the gym.
